We want to ensure your satisfaction with our services, and we want you to be comfortable requesting our services knowing that we stand behind our work.  Since most services require a financial outlay on our part, when we provide you with a quote we will specify which portion of the quote is refundable within 60-days if you're not satisfied.

For example, if you hire us to run an Online Marketing Campaign for your business, and $50 has been paid out to Google for advertising at the time you request a refund, then we will refund your payment to us less the $50 already paid out to Google.  Again, we will clarify on every quote what portion qualifies for the 60-day money-back guarantee.
